Non-Exclusive Remedy. These Dispute Resolution Procedures do not preclude any Party from Timely filing and pursuing an action to enforce an obligation under this Settlement, or to appeal a Regulatory Approval inconsistent with the Settlement, or to enforce a Regulatory Approval or Applicable Law; provided that such Party shall provide a Dispute Initiation Notice and, to the extent practicable, undertake and conclude these procedures, before such action.
