Common use of Non-Exclusive Sponsorship Clause in Contracts

Non-Exclusive Sponsorship. Unless otherwise provided in the Sponsorship Plan, Sponsor’s corporate sponsorship is non-exclusive. Sponsor understands that Company may enter into corporate sponsorship or other similar arrangements with other companies.

Non-Exclusive Sponsorship. Unless otherwise provided in the Sponsorship Plan, Sponsor’s corporate sponsorship is non-exclusive. Sponsor understands that Company Client may enter into corporate sponsorship or other similar arrangements with other companies.

Sponsor understands that Company SFArtsED may enter into corporate sponsorship or other similar arrangements with other companies, including, without limitation, companies with whom Sponsor may compete.
