Common use of NON-EXCLUSIVE SUBMISSION Clause in Contracts

NON-EXCLUSIVE SUBMISSION. The submission to jurisdiction referred to in Clause 14.1 (Oregon Courts) shall not (and shall not be construed so as to) limit the rights of either party to take proceedings against the other party in the courts of any other competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not.
