Non-Exclusive Supply Clause Samples
Non-Exclusive Supply. If you are a Non-Exclusive Supplier, you agree to supply us with some, but not necessarily all, of the Milk produced at your Farm(s).
Non-Exclusive Supply. (a) During the Term, the Supplier will supply no less than 80 per cent of all Milk to Riverina Fresh and subject to the terms of this Agreement Riverina Fresh will buy that Milk from the Supplier.
(b) The volume accuracy assurance of Milk supplied to Riverina Fresh will be carried out in accordance with the Handbook.
(c) Except with the prior written consent of Riverina Fresh (which Riverina Fresh may withhold at its absolute discretion) the Supplier will not:
(i) supply more than 20 per cent of all Milk to any other persons;
(ii) permit any 'share farmer', subcontractor or equivalent to carry on activities at the Farm; or
(iii) grant to any other person any right or entitlement to any Milk that should be supplied to Riverina Fresh under the terms of this Agreement.
Non-Exclusive Supply. You agree to supply us some, but not necessarily all, of the Milk from the Farm(s) during the Term All Non-Exclusive Suppliers will automatically be paid under the Non-Exclusive Milk Payment System. If you elect to be a Non-Exclusive Supplier, you will not be eligible to receive any incentives for the Milk you supply.
Non-Exclusive Supply. The Supplier is not the exclusive supplier of the Goods and/or Services.
Non-Exclusive Supply. 3.1. The Supplier is not the exclusive supplier of the Parts delivered to The Purchaser.
Non-Exclusive Supply. You agree to supply us some, but not necessarily all, of the Milk from the Farm(s) during the Term All Non-Exclusive Suppliers will automatically be paid under the Non-Exclusive Milk Payment System. The Non-Exclusive Milk Payment System provides that butterfat will be paid at half the rate of protein payment rate. If you elect to be a Non-Exclusive Supplier, you will not be eligible to receive any incentives for the Milk you supply.
Non-Exclusive Supply. If you are a Non-Exclusive Supplier, you agree to supply us with some, but not necessarily all, of the Milk produced at your Farm(s). As a Non-Exclusive Supplier, you also agree, upon Bega’s request, to promptly complete and return to Bega the Better Farms Circularity Survey.
Non-Exclusive Supply. This Agreement does not:
(a) imply that the Contractor is the exclusive provider of the Product or Service; or
(b) oblige any Eligible Customer to place an Order with the Contractor for the Product or Service.
Non-Exclusive Supply. 4.1 The Supplier acknowledges and accepts that the Supplier is not an exclusive supplier of the Products to Fortaco.
Non-Exclusive Supply. The appointment by Crown of the Contractor to provide the Services is not exclusive. Crown (and each of its related bodies corporate) may itself or by additional contractors undertake work or services similar to the Services.
