Milk Supply. (a) Agreement to supply milk: You agree to supply all of your milk to DFMC, and DFMC agrees to purchase all of your milk, on the terms and conditions set out in this Contract.

Milk Supply. ACM agrees to buy Supplier’s Milk and Supplier agrees to supply Milk to ACM on a non-exclusive basis: 3.1 for the Price payable in accordance with clause 4; 3.2 which meets or exceeds the quality standards specified in clause 5; and 3.3 otherwise in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;
Milk Supply. The Supplier agrees to exclusively supply all milk produced at the Farm to Norco, other than milk that is used by the Supplier for the rearing of livestock on the Farm, for domestic use or for such other purposes as may be approved by Norco in writing. Norco agrees to purchase milk produced by the Supplier on the Farm in accordance with this agreement.
Milk Supply. The Supplier agrees to supply the Agreed Volume of milk produced at the Farm to Norco from the Supply Date.
