Common use of Non-Exclusivity and Survival Clause in Contracts

Non-Exclusivity and Survival. The covenants of the Executive contained in this Section 7 are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any obligations that Executive may have with respect to the subject matter hereof, whether by contractor by law, and such covenants and their enforceability shall survive any termination of the Employment Term by either party and any investigation made with respect to the breach thereof by Employer at any time.
