Non-Exclusivity; Other Agreements. The services of UMBFS hereunder are not deemed exclusive and UMBFS shall be free to render similar and other services to others. Except as specifically provided herein, this Agreement does not in any way affect any other agreements entered into among the parties hereto and any actions taken or omitted by any party hereunder shall not affect any rights or obligations of any other party hereunder.
