Non-Exclusivity; Right to In-Source and Re-Source the Services. (A) Supplier acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement does not give Supplier any exclusive rights with respect to the provision of any services, including the Services, or products to Company. (B) At any time during the Term, Company has the right to perform itself, or retain third parties to perform, any of the Services. To the extent Company in-sources or re-sources any of the Services pursuant to this Section: (1) Supplier shall cooperate with Company in accordance with Article 7 and (2) the Charges shall be reduced in accordance with the process and methodology described in Exhibit 4 (Pricing). At Company’s request, Supplier shall assist Company in identifying qualified third-party service providers.
