Non-Exhaustive Remedies. Except where the Agreement provides for an exclusive remedy, seeking or exercising a remedy does not limit the other rights or remedies available to a party.

Non-Exhaustive Remedies. 14.4.1 Save and except as provided in this Agreement, the remedies available to the Concessionaire under this Agreement are not exhaustive and the Concessionaire and third Persons shall be entitled to all other rights and remedies and to take all actions in law and in equity in addition to the remedies provided for herein. 14.4.2 Save and except as provided in this Agreement, the exercise of any rights by either Party under this Agreement, shall not preclude such Party from availing any other rights or remedies that may be available to it under this Agreement or under the other Project Agreements. All remedies available to the Parties shall be cumulative and the exercise or failure thereof of one or more remedies by any Party shall not limit or preclude the exercise of or constitute a waiver of any other remedies by such Party.
