NON-FEDERAL COST-SHARE ACCOUNTING. Any funds that the State makes available after January 1, 2005, to the non-Pueblo Parties identified in Article 10.1 for purposes of the acquisition of water rights or for any of the settlement-related projects and associated costs, as set forth in Article 10.1, shall be deemed to be in satisfaction of the State’s obligations under this Settlement Agreement.
