Common use of NON FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS Clause in Contracts

NON FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS. 11.1 Unless set out in a Scheme Specification or otherwise agreed by the Partners, each Partner shall provide the non-financial contributions for any Service that they are Lead Partner or as required in order to comply with its obligations under this Agreement in respect of the commissioning of a particular Service.
