NON FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS. 11.1 Schedule 3 shall set out any non-financial contributions of each Partner including staff (including the Pooled Fund Manager), premises, IT support and other non-financial resources necessary to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement (including, but not limited to, management of Service Contracts and the Pooled Fund).
