Non-Foreign Certifications Sample Clauses

Non-Foreign Certifications. Certificates duly executed by Seller in the forms of Exhibit "C‑1" and "C‑2" attached hereto (the "Tax Certificates");
Non-Foreign Certifications. A certificate duly executed by Seller, in the form of Exhibit “G” attached hereto, and a California Form 593-C executed by Seller.
