Common use of Non-Formula Advances Clause in Contracts

Non-Formula Advances. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), the Non-Formula Advances shall bear interest, on the outstanding daily balance thereof, at a variable annual rate equal to the greater of (A) 2.00% above the Prime Rate then in effect, or (B) 6.00%.

Non-Formula Advances. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), the Non-Formula Advances shall bear interest, on the outstanding daily balance thereof, at a variable annual rate equal to the greater of (A) 2.000.10% above the Prime Rate then in effect, or (B) 6.00%.

Non-Formula Advances. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), the Non-Formula Advances shall bear interest, on the outstanding daily balance thereof, at a variable annual rate equal to the greater of of: (A) 2.001.50% above the Prime Rate then in effect, ; or (B) 6.005.00%.”

Non-Formula Advances. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), each of the Non-Formula Advances Advances, as applicable, shall bear interest, on the outstanding daily balance thereof, at a variable annual rate equal to the greater of (A) 2.000.35% above the Prime Rate then in effect, or (B) 6.00%.

Non-Formula Advances. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), the Non-Formula Advances shall bear interest, on the outstanding daily balance thereof, at a variable annual rate equal to the greater of of: (A) 2.001.50% above the Prime Rate then in effect, ; or (B) 6.005.00%.

Non-Formula Advances. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), the Non-Formula Advances shall bear interest, on the outstanding daily balance thereof, at a variable annual rate equal to the greater of of: (A) 2.001.00% above the Prime Rate then in effect, ; or (B) 6.006.50%.

Non-Formula Advances. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), the Non-Formula Advances shall bear interest, on the outstanding daily balance thereof, at a variable annual rate equal to the greater of (A) 2.000.75% above the Prime Rate then in effect, ; or (B) 6.005.00%.
