Non-hazardous substances. Contractor shall dispose of any and all non-hazardous samples whether taken at the Site where the Work is performed or elsewhere. Further, Contractor shall dispose of, in accordance with Applicable Laws, any and all non-hazardous by-products that result from activities performed by Contractor.
