Non-hiring Agreement. Executive hereby covenants and agrees that for a period of one (1) year following the expiration, termination or extension of this Agreement, Executive shall not directly or indirectly divert, take away, solicit or interfere with or attempt to hire, employ, solicit or interfere with any present or prospective employee of the Company.
