Common use of Non-hiring Agreement Clause in Contracts

Non-hiring Agreement. Executive hereby covenants and agrees that for a period of two (2) years following Executive’s termination of employment, Executive shall not directly or indirectly divert, take away, solicit or interfere with or attempt to hire, employ, solicit or interfere with any individual who is then employed by the Company or has been during the six (6) months immediately preceding Executive’s termination of employment employed by the Company.
