Non-Hiring of Employees by Executive. While employed by the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, and until the Payment Period provided in Section 4(b)(i) has ended (whether or not the Executive is entitled to the payments and benefits provided in Section 4(b)) in the event a Change in Control occurs while the Executive is employed by the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, the Executive agrees not to directly or indirectly hire or retain the services of any person who is, or was last, employed by the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
