Common use of Non-Interfering Use Clause in Contracts

Non-Interfering Use. The Owner of each burdened Parcel reserves the right to use, occupy and enjoy the surface of, air space above, and subsurface under, any portion of such Parcel that is subject to any Easement for any purpose that does not interfere with the rights of other Owners under such Easement.
