Non-issuance of ETP Securities. If any ETP Security in respect of which information has been supplied under Clause 3.2 is not to be issued on a given Issue Date, the Issuer shall immediately (and, in any event, prior to the Issue Date) notify the Agents and the Trustee. Upon receipt of such notice, the Issuing and Paying Agent shall not thereafter issue or release the relevant ETP Securities.
