NON-LIABILITY OF AGENCY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES. No member, official, or employee of Agency shall be personally liable to Participant in the event of any default or breach by Agency or for any amount which may become due to Participant or on any obligations under the terms of this Agreement.
