Non-liability of City Officials. No member, official or employee of the City shall be personally liable to the Company or to any Person with whom the Company shall have entered into any contract, or to any other Person, in the event of any default or breach by the City, or for any amount which may become due to the Company or any other Person under the terms of this Agreement.
