Common use of NON-LIABILITY OF MANAGER Clause in Contracts

NON-LIABILITY OF MANAGER. For the avoidance of any doubt it is recorded that the Manager is acting as Manager for the Owner and, accordingly it is agreed that neither the Owner, nor the Tenant, shall have any claim against the Manager/Agent arising out of, or pursuant to, the provisions of this agreement.
