Non-Liability of Officials and Employees of the Redevelopment Entity. No member, official or employee of the Redevelopment Entity shall be personally liable to Redeveloper, or any successor in interest, in the event of any default or breach by the Redevelopment Entity, or for any amount which may become due to Redeveloper or its successor, or on any obligation under the terms of this Redevelopment Agreement.
