Non-Liability of Officials and Employees of the Township. No member, official or employee of the Township shall be personally liable to the Redeveloper, or any successor in interest, in the event of any default or breach by the Township, or for any amount which may become due to the Redeveloper or its successor, or on any obligation under the terms of this Redevelopment Agreement.
