Non-Liability of Officials, Employees and Agents. No member, official, employee or agent of the Lessor or the City shall be personally liable to Sublessee or its successors in interest in the event of any default or breach by the Lessor or for any amount which may become due to Sublessee or the permitted successors in interest of Sublessee pursuant to this Agreement.
