Non-Liability of the University. ‌ Tenant is responsible for personal property belonging to the Tenant or guests. The Landlord shall not be liable for loss of or damage to personal property belonging to Tenants or guests unless loss or damage is caused by the willful misconduct or negligence of Landlord. Landlord’s liability is subject to the limitations and conditions of the Oregon Tort Claims Act and the Oregon Constitution.
