Non-limiting. Nothing in this Section shall be construed as limiting in any way, the indemnification provision contained in this Agreement, or the extent to which Consultant may be held responsible for payments of damages to persons or property.
Non-limiting effect of words
Non-limiting. The word “including”, when following any general statement, will be construed to refer to all other things that could reasonably fall within the scope of such general statement, whether or not non-limiting language (such as “without limitation”) is used with reference thereto.
