NON-DISCRIMINATION. 1. Nationals of a Contracting State shall not be subjected in the other Contracting State to any taxation or any requirement connected therewith, which is other or more burdensome than the taxation and connected requirements to which nationals of that other State in the same circumstances, in particular with respect to residence, are or may be subjected. This provision shall, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 1, also apply to persons who are not residents of one or both of the Contracting States.

In the performance of this Contract, Contractor agrees that it will comply with the requirements of Section 1735 of the California Labor Code and not engage nor permit any subcontractors to engage in discrimination in employment of persons because of the race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or sex of such persons. Contractor acknowledges that a violation of this provision shall subject Contractor to penalties pursuant to Section 1741 of the California Labor Code.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. The contractor, with regard to the work performed by it during the contract, will not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurements of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor will not participate directly or indirectly in the discrimination prohibited by the Acts and the Regulations, including employment practices when the contract covers any activity, project, or program set forth in Appendix B of 49 CFR Part 21.
NON-DISCRIMINATION. 2.2.1 In the performance of this CONTRACT, A-E agrees that it will comply with the requirements of the California Labor Code and not engage nor permit any subcontractors to engage in discrimination in employment of persons because of the race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or sex of such persons.
NON-DISCRIMINATION. The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination against any employee because of race, color, creed, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Union.
NON-DISCRIMINATION. The County’s policies of equal opportunity and non-discrimination are intended to assure equal opportunities to every person, regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, disability or national origin, in securing or holding employment in a field of work or labor for which the person is qualified, as provided and enforced by Section 17-314 of the Orange County Code and the County’s relevant Administrative Regulations. It is also the county policy that person(s) doing business with the County shall recognize and comply with this policy and that the County shall not extend public funds or resources in a manner as would encourage, perpetuate or xxxxxx discrimination. As such:

The parties shall not discriminate against any employee or participant in the performance of the duties, responsibilities and obligations under this agreement because of race, color, religion, gender, age, marital status, disability, political or religious beliefs, national or ethnic origin.
