Common use of Non-Merger Clause in Contracts

Non-Merger. There shall be no merger of this Lease with any ground leasehold interest or the fee estate in the Project or any part thereof by reason of the fact that the same person may acquire or hold, directly or indirectly, this Lease or any interest in this Lease as well as any ground leasehold interest or fee estate in the Project or any interest in such fee estate.

There shall be no merger of this Lease with any ground leasehold interest or the fee estate in the Project Premises or any part thereof by reason of the fact that the same person may acquire or hold, directly or indirectly, this Lease or any interest in this Lease as well as any ground leasehold interest or fee estate in the Project Premises or any interest in such fee estate.

There shall be no merger of this Lease with any ground leasehold interest or the fee estate in the Project or any part thereof by reason of the fact that the same person may acquire or hold, directly or indirectly, this Lease or any interest in this Lease as well as any ground leasehold interest or fee estate in the Project or any interest in such fee estate.

Non-Merger. There shall be no merger of this Lease or of the leasehold estate created by this Lease with any ground leasehold interest or the fee or any other estate or interest in the Project or any part thereof Leased Premises by reason of the fact that the same person may acquire or holdentity owns or holds, directly or indirectly, this Lease all such estates and interests or any interest in this Lease as well as any ground leasehold interest or fee estate in the Project or any interest in such fee estatecombination of them.
