Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment, order or writ shall be rendered against any Loan Party or Subsidiary thereof or (y) any seizure or attachment shall be issued or enforced against the Borrower or any Guarantor or any of their respective assets, in any such case that could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect, and there shall be any period of 30 consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment, order, writ, seizure or attachment, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect; or
