Common use of Non-Monetary Judgments Clause in Contracts

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment, order or decree is entered against the Lessee or any of its Subsidiaries which does or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, and there shall be any period of 30 consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect;

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment, order or decree is entered against Lessee, the Lessee General Partner or any of its Subsidiaries Subsidiary which does or could would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, and there shall be any period of 30 60 consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect;; or

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment, order or decree is entered against Lessee, the Lessee General Partner or any of its Subsidiaries Restricted Subsidiary which does or could would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, and there shall be any period of 30 60 consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect;; or

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment, order or decree is entered against the Lessee Parent or any of its Subsidiaries which does or could would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, and there shall be any period of 30 consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect;

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment, order or decree is entered against the Lessee or any of its Subsidiaries Borrower which does or could would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effectmaterial adverse effect with respect to Borrower, and there shall be any period of 30 thirty (30) consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect;, or any action shall be legally taken by a judgment creditor to levy upon assets or properties of Borrower to enforce any such judgment; or

Any non-monetary judgment, order or decree is entered against the Lessee either Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries Subsidiary which does has or could would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, and there shall be any period of 30 consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect;.

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment, order or decree is entered against the Lessee Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries Subsidiary which does or could would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, and (A) enforcement proceedings are commenced by any creditor upon such judgment, order or decree, or (B) there shall be any period of 30 consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect;.
