Non-Operator's Obligations. Buyer assumes full responsibility and liability for Buyer's Assumed Obligations without regard to whether the obligation (i) relates to an Asset as to which Buyer is not the duly elected operator or which is a non-operating interest or (ii) relates to a period of time during which Seller was not the owner or operator of the Asset.
Non-Operator's Obligations.
