Common use of Non-Operator's Obligations Clause in Contracts

Non-Operator's Obligations. Buyer assumes full responsibility and liability for Buyer's Assumed Obligations without regard to whether the obligation (i) relates to an Asset as to which Buyer is not the duly elected operator or which is a non-operating interest or (ii) relates to a period of time during which Seller was not the owner or operator of the Asset.

Non-Operator's Obligations. With respect to (i) any part of the Assets for which Buyer assumes is not duly elected operator, or (ii) any non-operated interests in the Assets, Buyer shall assume full responsibility and liability for Buyer's Assumed Obligations without regard with respect to whether the obligation (i) relates to an Asset as to which Buyer is not the duly elected operator or which is a non-operating interest or (ii) relates to a period of time during which Seller was not the owner or operator of the Assetoperated interests being conveyed and assigned under this Agreement.
