Common use of Non-Participation in Insurance Clause in Contracts

Non-Participation in Insurance. The Practice does not participate in any health insurance plans, HMOs, or other third-party payors, whether private or government-sponsored. Accordingly, the Patient understands that both the Patient and the Practice are prohibited by law from submitting charges to or seeking reimbursement from any third-party payor for Services personally provided by the Practice under this Agreement.
