Common use of Non-Patented Products Clause in Contracts

Non-Patented Products. In any country where the manufacture, use or sale of a Product is not covered by a Program Patent or Tularik Patent, royalties shall be payable in such country until the expiration of seven (7) years from the date of first commercial sale of such Product in such country.
