Common use of Non-payment by Lessee Clause in Contracts

Non-payment by Lessee. The Lessee shall indemnify the Lessor on its written demand against any loss, damage, expense or liability which the Lessor or any other Indemnified Person may properly sustain or incur as a direct consequence of any default by the Lessee in payment of an amount which the Lessee has agreed to pay under this Agreement except to the extent that the Financial Schedule provides for the amount to be taken into account in the payment of Rental or to the extent that the Lessor or such other Indemnified Person has already been compensated for any such loss, damage, expense or liability under any other provision of this Agreement.
