Non-PCS Applications. All and any IPR in any external data sources or Non-PCS Applications used or accessible in conjunction with the Subscription Service are owned or licensed by the relevant third party provider. Customer must only use such external data sources or Non-PCS Applications in accordance with the relevant third party terms.
