Non-performance by the Contractor. (a) Bulk enrolment (i) Non-performance Failing to enrol all customers who present themselves for enrolment within the period specified in clause 4.1.1. (ii) Penalty for non-performance A reduction of 10% per month of the Contractor’s service charge for each month or part thereof that the Contractor needs following the date in clause 4.1.1 to rectify the non performance in 19.2.1(a)(i).
