Non-Philips Software Assistance. Requests for assistance with Hardware, operating systems, communications network, Third Party Software, printer configuration, etc., are outside the scope of this Agreement. However, if Customer’s request, then Philips may provide non-Philips Software assistance on a time and materials basis, at Philips then-current time and materials rates, as available.
