Non-Preemptable Advertising Clause Samples
The Non-Preemptable Advertising clause ensures that certain advertisements are guaranteed to air as scheduled and cannot be replaced or rescheduled by the broadcaster for other content or ads. In practice, this means that once an advertising slot is designated as non-preemptable, the advertiser is assured their message will be broadcast at the agreed-upon time, regardless of programming changes or higher-paying ad requests. This clause is crucial for advertisers who require certainty for time-sensitive campaigns, such as product launches or event promotions, as it protects their investment and ensures their ads reach the intended audience without disruption.
