Non-prejudice of Clause Samples

A Non-prejudice of clause serves to clarify that the actions, statements, or agreements made within a particular context do not affect or compromise any existing rights, claims, or positions of the parties involved. In practice, this means that discussions or concessions made during negotiations, for example, cannot be used as evidence against a party in future disputes or legal proceedings. The core function of this clause is to protect parties from unintentionally waiving their rights or weakening their legal standing by ensuring that their participation in certain activities does not prejudice their broader interests.
