Merchant shall not accept a Card as payment (other than for mail order, Internet sale, telephone order, or preauthorized sale to the extent permitted under this Agreement), if the person seeking to use the Card does not present the Card to permit Merchant to examine it and obtain an imprint or otherwise use the physical Card to complete the Transaction.
