Common use of Non Product-Specific Manufacturing Information Clause in Contracts

Non Product-Specific Manufacturing Information. Upon Closing, Seller shall grant, or shall cause to be granted to Buyer, a perpetual, paid up, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license, with the right to sublicense, to use, only in the Business, any manufacturing information that is used by Seller both in the Business and also in other business activities of Seller (the “Non-Product Specific Manufacturing Information”). Seller shall retain a non-exclusive license to use Non-Product-Specific Manufacturing Information in other business activities of Seller.
