Common use of NON-PROVIDER SUBCONTRACTS Clause in Contracts

NON-PROVIDER SUBCONTRACTS. 3.2.1 HMO must enter into written contracts with all subcontractors and maintain copies of the subcontracts in HMO's administrative office. HMO must submit two copies of all non-provider subcontracts to TDH for approval no later than 60 days after the 1999 Renewal Contract Bexar Service Area August 9, 1999 effective date of this contract, unless the subcontract has already been submitted to and approved by TDH.
