Non-Public Entities. If Grantee is not a "public entity" within the meaning of the GIA, Grantee shall obtain and maintain during the term of this Grant insurance coverage and policies meeting the same requirements set forth in §13(B) with respect to Subgrantees that are not "public entities".

If Contractor is not a "public entity" within the meaning of the GIA, Contractor shall obtain and maintain during the term of this Contract insurance coverage and policies meeting the same requirements set forth in §13(B) with respect to Subcontractors that are not "public entities".

If Grantee is not a "public entity" within the meaning of the GIA, and the Grant funds includes the purchase of motor vehicles or reimbursement of drivers for any motor vehicles, Grantee shall obtain and maintain, at all times, automobile liability insurance covering any auto (including owned, hired and non-owned autos) with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 each accident combined single limit during the term of this Grant.

If Dealer is not a "public entity" within the meaning of the GIA, Dealer shall obtain and maintain during the term of this Dealer Agreement insurance coverage and policies meeting the same requirements set forth in this §3(B) with respect to subcontractors that are not "public entities".
A. Dealers – Subcontractors.
i. Worker’s Compensation. Worker’s Compensation Insurance as required by Participating State statute, and Employer’s Liability Insurance covering all of Dealer or subcontractor employees acting within the course and scope of their employment.

If the Local Agency is not a "public entity" within the meaning of the Governmental Immunity Act, the Local Agency shall obtain and maintain during the term of this Agreement insurance coverage and policies meeting the same requirements set forth in §15(B) with respect to sub-contractors that are not "public entities".
