Common use of Non-Publicity Clause in Contracts

Non-Publicity. Except as may be required by law or applicable governmental regulatory authorities, neither party will, without the prior written consent of the other party (i) make any news release, public announcement, denial or confirmation of any purchase order or its subject matter, or (ii) in any manner advertise or publish the fact that BPS has placed any purchase order with UCAR CARBON.
