Common use of Non-Publicity Clause in Contracts

Non-Publicity. Neither party shall directly or indirectly, without ------------- the prior written consent of the other party, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, make any news release or public announcement or other public disclosure regarding this Agreement or the existence thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, JetFax shall be free to make disclosures to its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, accountants and other professional representatives of JetFax and to Ailicec and as necessary or appropriate for compliance with federal or state securities laws and regulations. It is JetFax's intent to make confidential factual disclosures, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Section 14.18, to, a limited number of potential lenders, investors and underwriters. Neither party shall disclose information with respect to the other's confidential business plans.
