Non-Qualified Refund Due to Bankruptcy. If a Non-qualified Refund is requested by the Purchaser due to bankruptcy, the Purchaser must provide the Program with a copy of the bankruptcy filing. The contract will be valued as in Section 10.B.7 and the value will be equal to the calculated asset value of that provision.
