NON-RATA LETTERS OF CREDIT. In the case of any requested Non-Rata Letter of Credit, each of the applicable conditions set forth in SECTIONS 3.4 and 6.2 or otherwise specified by the relevant Issuer (with respect to Non-Rata Letters of Credit) in connection with such Non-Rata Letter of Credit shall have been satisfied.
