Non-Recorded Documents. Escrow Agent shall, at the Closing, deliver by United States mail (or shall hold for personal pickup, if requested), each non-recorded document received by Escrow Agent to the payee or person (i) acquiring rights under the document or (ii) for whose benefit the documents were acquired.
